How demand of luxuries effect Easterlin paradox?

U nequal distribution of Wealth and Happiness There is a negative relationship between the luxury market and happiness. the lower-income people and unequal distribution of wealth are also negatively related to luxury items. It shows that a county with unequal distribution of income goes towards unhappiness with the extension of the luxury market. Because of discontentment of people after finding their relatively weak position in the countr                            Easterlin Paradox and Happiness      Easterlin paradox says that the happiness of a common man remains constant over a long time period so above all become wrong in the long term. But actually, in real life man is not unchanged nature can be changing at every moment. Velban effect says that a person without any economic weakness will raise his demand due to fashi...

What does Easterline paradox exists in the real world or not.

What is easterlin paradox Easterlin is a fact in this world. The first time Richard Easterlin introduced it in 1974. This theory says that in the start income and happiness have positive relationships. As income increases the level of happiness also increases but after some time this relationship vanishes. It can be said that fluctuations in the economy occurs in long run like expansion and contraction. Money and Happiness in real world Suppose the poor are less happy than the rich and the rich has high level of satisfaction than the poor. The statistics shows in different countries that this is not right, happiness is a state of mind, it does not depend on income all the time. It cannot be ignored but to say it is 100 percent   right is not fact. There are no statistics that shows that when a country becomes rich the people's level of happiness is also increased. So it can be said that in the short-run it is possible that income and happiness go ahead but in long run...

Importance of ushr for economy and development of blew poverty line people

In the Islamic economic system,  welfare funds have been collected from the rich and delivered to the poor. In this way, the inequality and unequal distribution of wealth can easily root out. This fund is also used as a scholarship for the students living on blew poverty line. These funds are collected in the form of Zakat and Ushr. Ushr is basically a land tax. Ushr rate is 10% on the output of naturally irrigated land and 5% on artificially irrigated land. The governments of Islamic countries are not much active in the collection of this obligation levied on land and the landowners have also had no interest to pay ushr. So these are hurdles for the collection of ushr. Those economies of the world which have faced the problem of misallocation of funds and unequal distribution of money have many chances to collapse their economic structure one day. So the basic purpose of ushr is to help the lower-income people of the society to meet their daily needs As it says that a man ma...
